Known Bugs: - The 5th Edition devices cannot use the accelerometer smooth, this is a python issue, and we are waiting on a new python release that solves it.
Ver 1.21 - Some minor bug fixes
Ver 1.20 - Solved: WeeWheel crashes at startup when no internet connection is available (checking updates) - Solved: Calibration does not work 100% - Some minor speed improvements
Ver 1.19 - Solved: WeeWheel crashes when filling in a non-numeric value in the Min- and Max ax values. - Solved: WeeWheel is slow after making changes while playing (this is now not possible anymore!) - Solved: WeeWheel cannot connect to Python anymore when disconnected. - Solved: WeeWheel crashes when assigning a key combination (like CTRL+P) (this is now not possible anymore!) - Solved: Weird sign behind the COM port - Solved: 3 sec delay after startup of WeeWheel - Added: Middle Mousebutton support - Added: Mouse Scroll Support (with adjustable speed and amount) - Removed: Recording/Playing Macro files, the macro support was too laggy and buggy so i decided to remove it
Ver 1.18 - Solved Critical .Net FrameWork 2.0 Error when calibrating
Ver 1.17 - added x64 support! - included PPjoy x64 package
Ver. 1.16 - Added menus - Macro can now be saved after you record a Macro, but clicked on Cancel in the save dialog. (In WeeWheel 1.15 the macro file was just gone) - Its now possible to load different script files wich can be send to different phones, (In Ver 1.15 it was only possible to load script files for 3rd or 5th edition devices.) So if you write a script file for example a windows mobile device or even Iphone. you can post it on this forum approved script files will be added in future releases! (where a new category will be created) I will also create a new section on the site that describes how data needs to be sent to WeeWheel. For more information about this, go to the manual here http://www.weewheel.com/WeeWheel.pdf and navigate to page 37 - Solved some bug fixes
Ver. 1.15 - Changed the way WeeWheel setups to the system (now MSI file) - Therefore .net 3.5 is NOT needed anymore :D .net 2.0 will do fine. - WeeWheel has now a own update feature.
Ver. 1.14 1. Much better calibration! 2. Possible to also use WeeWheel with the standard bluetooth drivers of windows XP/Vista 3. Better key detection. We can now actually detect up/down key events, so using button press timeout is history! (Crucial for real gamers) 4. Added more button support. See below for a list of supported buttons. 5. Phone's keypad binding, bind a key from your phone to a action of WeeWheel. 7. Macro mode, record and play your movements! You can save the macro's and open it later to play it again! The macro files have the .wwm extension and are just text files, so you can do crazy stuff with it :P (During setup the .wwm extension is automatically associated to WeeWheel!) 8. I created a completely other design! 9. Save settings as INI file, so you can make several settings for several games. 10. Autostart of python, no "start python" button 11. Preview pane gone but added 4 progress bars, wich indicate status of accelerometer. 12. For 5th edition devices: removed the 9 squares on the screen, please user virtual keypad/board!
Attention: Ver 1.14 requires that at least .Net 3.5 SP1 is installed! So older .net Versions like 3.0 and 2.0 do NOT work anymore with this software! Also a desktop shortcut will be created, and also file extension WWM (WeeWheel Macro) will be added Attention2: There may be some problems with 5th edition devices!! Please post them in the "bug report" section on our site!

Ver. 1.13 - Solved: 5rd.py file not found error.
Ve. 1.12 - Calibration is back! - Added visual view of the 3 axes Ver 1.11 - Added an icon, wich looks better. - VERSION 1.10 DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THIS VERSION CAUSE OF NEW HOST!!! Ver 1.10 - Removed preview pane (application is now 70% smaller and faster!) - Added 'Punch-mode' This mode alllows you to use your phone to punch someone (in games of course :P). Just do a punch move with the phone to activate it. The punch options can be changed (wich button to use and threshold (the higher the threshold the harder you need to move the phone)). You just need to play with it ;-) - Solved: (for touch devices) buttons dissapear when python looses focus Ver 1.9 - Added support for Windows 7 x86 - Put logo back (On request :P) - Now all COM ports are visible instead of the only open ports - Key detection did not work for Winodws 7, solved. Ver. 1.8 - **MUCH** Better Key handling. - Added D-Pad support - Added 'Key Press Timeout': Holds the key for this time when no key fron python is received! Attention 1. Setting this value too low causes the app to repeatly press the key (not hold) Attention 2. Setting this value too high causes the app to hold the key too long. - improved startup time/run time. - Removed aboutbox and logo - added version requirement (updates now autmatically) - Removed Colors, this improves runtime a lil bit and is better visible Ver. 1.7 - Solved: app does not startup the 1st time when WeeWheel is opened! - improved startup time. Ver. 1.6 - Removed A DLL wich was not supported by all operating systems. Instead, i used my own code for it. - Solved: When 'reverse X' = checked and phone is too much tilted to the left, it still moves to the left in stead of right (cause of reverse ax) - Code cleanup Ver. 1.5 - Added some more error handling. - Removed autodetect feature (cause of compatibility issues) But there is a workaround for this: when selecting options -> bluetooth console in python, don't select the default device to connect with, first choose other, and then the device to connect with, then python shows u with wich COM port u connected to PC. Ver. 1.4 - For 5th edition devices we added support for touch interface by displaying 8 buttons on the screen to use the joystick buttons (for the devices that have no key(board/pad) - Removed mouse speed cause it slows down overall the application dramatically. - Solved: a DLL not included in setup package, therefore the keyboard and mouse emulation did not work (well) Ver. 1.3 - Solved: Application hangs/is slow after 10 mins playing when using mouse and/or keyboard emulation. - Much better button emulation: 1. Mouse buttons can now also be 'held' to drag and drop items. 2. keyboard buttons can now also be 'held'. - the 'reverse' Axes of mouse and joystick can now be changed seperatly - Mouse speed can be changed. - Keyboard can now be emulated for only the buttons 1 to 8 and/or Accelerating/Braking & Steering (for if you want mouse and keyboard simultaneously) Ver. 1.2 - Added mouse emulation - Added Keyboard emulation - Use these 2 in combination with joystick simultaneously! Ver. 1.1 - Better joystick button handling (button keeps pressed in a random value between 100 milli secconds and 5 seconds), is now set to a static value. - Joystick button now keeps pressed when also holding a key on the phone. - Added about box (just for information). Ver. 1.0 - Solved: app hangs when click on 'stop' or 'exit'. - Solved: screensaver is turned 'off', it gave problems with some handsets when screensaver was 'on' Ver. 0.9 - added visual test area - added defaults button, wich will set most of the variables to the defaults. - you can choose wich ax to use for steering & accelerating/braking - snap to max/center, if for example 'snap to max' = set to 90% every value above 90% will be treates as 100% and for center its 0% - reverse x/y ax, to reverse the axes - solved app crash on exit - solved, python can now be closed normally (first press stop or exit in the application) Ver. 0.8 - added COM port autodetect feature - proper shutdown of python app (with left softkey followed by red phone key) Ver. 0.7 - Joystick buttons work correctly now. - Solved that when steering/accelerating/braking 'too far', car will make strange moves - Solved memory leak Ver. 0.6 - Added support for FP2 and 5th edition devices - Saving settings on exit and load on start - Added logo Ver. 0.5 - It is now possible to choose between 5 virtual joystick ports! - Some more error handling. Ver. 0.4 Hardcoded landscape mode, cause when you steer too much to the right, phone will switch back to portrait mode, and you had to play game in portrait mode Ver. 0.3 Added support for joystick button emulation up to 8 buttons! (through the numeric keypad of your phone) Ver. 0.2 Simplisize the UI (Now 3 buttons in stead of 5) Ver. 0.1 First release!
